The crown of my head somehow automatically\u00a0went\u00a0down towards my feet and my hands\u00a0framed my feet on the floor.\u00a0 Yes that’s right, Uttanasana pose.\u00a0\u00a0 Maybe\u00a0Iyengar was taking a shower when he thought of this pose.\u00a0\u00a0This yoga thing creeps in at strange times,\u00a0especially if you’re not thinking about it.<\/p>\n
