So I\u2019ve had some sort of virus for a while now.\u00a0 It has forced the cancellation of a trip to New York, interfered with work, and halted yoga classes.\u00a0 I\u2019ve resorted to looking online at yoga things; one might call me a yoga lurker.\u00a0 No, not dirty stuff, just compelling like a crack addict needs a fix.\u00a0 I know reading about the experience of others and how they do things is not good for me.\u00a0 It\u2019s supposed to be about me.\u00a0 For once, it is all about me.\u00a0 Alas, I have figured it out; yoga is an activity for narcissists.\u00a0\u00a0 After all, I\u2019m not supposed to worry about the way others practice.<\/p>\n
